Paid Time-Off (PTO)
Chubb's paid time-off policy provides you with flexibility to help you meet your personal needs. Based on your service, you
receive a "bank" of PTO days to use during the year. Chubb also observes a generous schedule of paid holidays.
Flexible Work Arrangements
Chubb employees currently work a variety of flexible schedules including short-week, part-time, job share, telecommuting
and flextime.
FMLA/Family Leave
Eligible employees can take up to 12 weeks of unpaid time off to care for their newborn child, adopted child, or certain family
members with a serious health condition.
The Chubb LifeManagement Program
Chubb employees and their eligible family members may obtain face-to-face confidential, objective, professional counseling
for a broad range of personal concerns. The program also offers information, as well as phone counseling by experienced specialists,
about a variety of subjects like parenting and childcare, resources for seniors and even some convenience services. The Chubb
LifeManagement Program can help you locate day care or elder care providers in your area. Chubb provides the program at no
cost to you.
The Commuter Benefits Plan
If you pay commuting expenses (public transportation, parking fees) in order to travel to and from work, the Commuter Benefits
Plan makes it possible for you to save money by paying your commuter costs pre-tax through payroll deductions.
Adoption Assistance
Chubb will reimburse up to $5,000 to help you pay the costs associated with adopting a child. Access to trained adoption
counselors is available through The Chubb LifeManagement Program.
Personal Insurance
Personal property and auto insurance products are available through payroll deduction at a discount.
Long-Term Care Insurance
John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company underwrites Chubb's group long-term care plan. Long-term care insurance can help
protect you and your family against the financial and emotional cost associated with care needed for an extended period of
time due to a serious accident, a long-term illness, or the effects of aging.
Matching Gifts Program
Chubb supports your charitable contributions by matching your donations to eligible institutions dollar-for-dollar.
